  Baze University Journal of Management and Social Science (BUJMASS) is an interdisciplinary peer-reviewed journal published bi-annually by the Faculty of Management and Social Sciences of Baze University Abuja. The Journal Inaugural edition was published in 2018 as BUJMASS however it was discontinued. On resolution of the issues the editorial board was reconstituted and revamped its name changed to BUJMASS. This was done to ensure continued provision of a platform for improved communications between academics and other research communities, policy makers and operational decision makers in the field or in management and social sciences. This particular issue continues with the vision of advancing an understanding of the world in which we live by identifying compelling practical management as well social problems and applying a variety of theoretical frameworks and methods to create better insight into the observed problems.
