Baze University Journal of Management and Social Science (BUJMASS) is an interdisciplinary peer-reviewed journal published bi-annually by the Faculty of Management and Social Sciences of Baze University Abuja. This particular issue continues with the vision of advancing an understanding of the world in which we live by identifying compelling practical management as well social problems and applying a variety of theoretical frameworks and methods to create better insight into the observed problems.
